Double room in lovely house

We have a large double room available in our lovely house in between Tothill Park and Embankment Road.

The room can come furnished with wardrobe and bed etc.

The house consists of a shared kitchen, lounge, garden area downstairs, also with a downstairs loo. On the first floor will be your room, along with a family bathroom, and another room.

The house is quite new (6 years old) so is very nice and clean.

The area is pretty quiet, on a cul-de-sac, and a few minutes walk from the shops and bus stops on Embankment road. In to town there are buses almost every 10 minutes. If you have a car, we have an allocated parking space, and there is always parking about on the street also.

Other housemates are professional people, with a 21yr old female in retail, and two 23 yr old males, one in engineering and one a call centre worker. We are pretty relaxed, in the week after work pretty content with just chilling in the lounge. We like to cook together, but you don't have to! We like a nice chilled out evening down the barbican, or going to the beach.

The house also comes with all bills included, and internet also.
