Double Room Available For Quiet Lodger
I am a self employed professional about to return to uni to study for my MA. I have been living alone for the last 3 years and have gotten used to the peace and quiet but now find myself in need of a lodger as I will be working less while I study. The room is a basically furnished double, with built in wardrobe and is available for £100 a week inclusive of all bills including a cleaner. The right person will be friendly, quiet, and respectful. I'm also in the process of adopting a cat, so being willing to live with an animal is a must.
I have a 3rd bedroom, a single, which may also end up being rented out, probably only on a part time basis.
