I have a double bedroom and bathroom available now. The rent amount includes all the bills (Gas, Water, Council Tax etc)

The room is on the ground floor of the apartment and is furnished (bed & storage space). The bathroom is next door, with a bath /shower and storage space.

There is a shared living room / kitchen area.

I have a secure parking space on site, which can be used.

It is a duplex apartment, meaning it is split over two levels.

The property is a 5 minute walk to the city centre. It is also just off Southside Street so you are close to all the bars and restaurants.

I have a small dog, he is house trained, very friendly and not a barker.

I have selected that I have broadband. Just to clarify, it is a wifi router.

I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, as I have been recently let down.

An agreement will be written up and put in place. I will also require two references.
