Great Single Room Avaiable

A lovely area of plymouth with freedom fields only about 3-4 minutes walk away. Short walk to town and university and there's a co-op conveniently just down the road. The house is HUGE and has awesome views of plymouth sound ect...it also has it's own laundry room-converted out-house. Nice big kitchen and the house still has some old features. The currents house-mates are all very friendly and help-full.

I need to move out due to personal health issues but i've signed a contract. The only way i can get out of my contract is to have someone trustworthy and of good moral standards to take over my contract. My contract runs out next year in June 2015 so in about 7 months time...

The room thats being offered is a good sized single room with the best view in the house. The room is part furnished with a bed, cupboard and wooden shevling.

There is one large shared bathroom and a seperate toilet.

Pets would be considered at the landlords discretion.
