£89 p/w lovely home.

This is a lovely quiet home with very kind tenants all of which are male and are students but they are not loud at all!

The room being sold for is the second largest room in the house it will come furnished with a double bed, a huge computer desk and chair. There is a reading chair which is very nice to relax in. A wardrobe with mirrors attached to the doors and a large chest of draws with a huge window facing the area outside.

In terms of bills it is £89 p/w and your to pay gas and electric which gets paid every 4 months and it isn't too expensive usually works out about £20 each. The tv licence and water and internet are already paid for.

For deposits you won't need one as I am trying to get out if this contract due to me having a new job, I am prepared not to receive my deposit back so it will be yours which is a sum of £300.

The communal area which is kitchen and living room combined is a very nice and actively used room by all tenants to watch tv and cook and talk. And is a very nice room to be in. Pets are not allowed in the house and smoking is not allowed in the house but we do have a outside courtyard where you can sit to smoke or there is a balcony which at the moment gets used as a smoking area.

For a potential flat mate we are looking for someone who is either a student or someone who doesn't mind living with students and can be of any age. The house has got a good work ethic and is never noisy and is a positive work place environment.
