We are a relaxed family of Mum & Dad living here with our 2 teenage children.
The flat is in a quiet area so is also suitable for shift workers needing to sleep by day or if you don't want to live in a student share house this will be perfect as you can be independent from others.
Broadband and WiFi are included and use of our washing machine and tumble drier. There are no extra household charges on top of the the rent. We are in a permit area (£30 per year) if parking is needed, however there is a non permit road close by.

Shops and main bus routes are a 2 minute walk away on Mutley Plain, with the city centre and university being an easy 15 minute walk.
