We are looking for a fourth housemate to join us for another year. We're very laidback as students, focusing on our work (second and third year and a Masters student). The house has two bathrooms, one recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine with a tumble dryer upstairs on the landing. The living room has two sofas and a HD tv, a youview box and we have BT Infinity 2 internet. An upstairs bedroom is available. It's a large double room with a chest of drawers, bedside table, large wardrobe and a desk and chair. The house is a 5 minute walk to Plymouth University, Drake Circus and the train station and has a Sainsburys 2 minutes down the road. A parking permit is available as there is only street parking for £30 for the year.
