Overlooking Garden

Available now short term. Large bright double room overlooking garden in 3 storey older house. Big garden outside and courtyard to rear, on road parking. Almost exclusive use of a bathroom next to bedroom. (2 bathrooms in house) But access needed for utility room. Broadband (wifi), fully equipped shared kitchen.
Room fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, but no TV. Lovely shared decking area outside your bedroom which is south facing and very light.
Looking for responsible tidy (especially in the kitchen) woman, to share who respects space and the need for privacy.
Sharing with two semi-retired professional women, who enjoy good food, a glass or two of wine walking, cinema, theatre... , their two dogs. Mostly a quiet house, but the occasional family or friends gathering and little and big grandchildren visit.
