'NEWLANDS' is on 3 floors and all but 2 bedrooms are large, the other 2 are medium-sized - all have double beds. It is placed very conveniently for uni, PCAD and city centre, and the train station is at the end of the road. IT IS A FULLY LICENSED HOUSE REGISTERED WITH PCC & PLYMOUTH UNI.
All rooms are £75 per wk/£320 per month and we make NO EXTRA CHARGES! The tenancy is 10 months long - Sept to July but we are flexible, sorry no shorter stays possible and no couples.(We have one room available now at a reduced rent as a student has left his course and is letting his room.
There is a large comfortable lounge, an eat-in kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets. There are all the usual washing facilities and a rear courtyard and bike-shed. All utilities and included, as is hi-speed internet. THIS HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS. We are decent and honest experienced landlords of our own houses - we don't use agents.
