Lovely old house with a double room available in September. I live very near to Outland road, in Peverell, Central Park is at the end of my road. I have a cat. Washing machine and broadband. Will chat about sharing the living room - I do have a dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom plus 2nd loo. House is non-smoking. Parking is on the street. I like a bit of conversation but mostly keep myself to myself, it's a quiet house.
