The students are a mix of 2 females and 2 males and are in their early 20s so ideally looking for someone of a similar age.
The room is fully furnished and the price per week ( £65 ) includes all bills and broadband.
The room is available for 6 months up until the end AUGUST 2015.
Strictly No pets allowed.
