I have a very clean and quiet double room in a 2nd floor City/Centre flat, available to a professional female to be flatshare with me. I am a professional, very friendly, clean, private and respectable. I travel often for 1 or 2 months at a time.
Room is large, well lit and fully furnished, centrally heated with 32" TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Ample parking and storage (inc. bike)
Secure, well lit entrance with intercom.
All bills included with all amenities, to include kitchen with w/machine, bath + shower, separate toilet and shared comfortable lounge.
Privacy respected at all times. Ideally the flat to be regarded as a home rather than just a room. Sorry but no male applicants or DSS please.
