After my flatmate moving out looking for someone to fill second room.

Whilst the flat is let 'unfurnished' I've furnished the flat, comfy sofa large kitchen modern shower room.
Room is reasonably small for a double which is reflected in the price.
I work in the entertainment industry so work all hours, dependent on when I'm working you might find we don't even see each other for a few days! But would be nice to have some company around the flat when I am home and someone to share the bills with.
Currently the bills come to around £185/mth. So including rent you should be budgeting around £340/mth.
Only recently not a student so not at all adverse to having someone who is studying or indeed a young professional.
