Lovely spacious townhouse, city centre 10-12mins!
We have one large double room becoming available in our lovely house which is fully furnished, has two bathrooms and a third separate loo, two fully-equipped kitchens, a very spacious shared lounge room and a walled courtyard garden (with BBQ).
All of our bedrooms are large doubles and are suitable for couples sharing or singles. Please note that for a second person sharing a room we charge an additional £65/month towards utility bills.
Street parking is available by permit from the Council at approx £30/year. Superfast broadband and Tivobox are provided free of charge.
We are proud to say that the house holds Grade A student accommodation status with Plymouth University.
It is always our aim to choose our tenants very carefully: we are looking for nice people who care about their living space, will look after the house, respect others’ space and contribute to creating a good atmosphere in the house. We are looking for tenants who will fit in with our existing post-grad and mature-student tenants.
