Plympton St Maurice is a small charming historical village on the outskirts of Plympton some 6 miles from Plymouth city centre. The property was originally the gate house to the neighbouring stately home which has more recently been converted to a 4* Boutique Hotel. The detached villa is set in a third of an acre and has outbuildings for storage. The gardens are very peaceful and South facing.
There are three large double bedrooms available, two of which are en-suite and one smaller sized double, which we currently have arranged as a single, with cabin bed and pull out further single for occasional duel occupancy.. All rooms are fully furnished.
Rates quoted are for single occupancy. Double occupancy comes at a £250pcm premium.
Council tax and water rates are paid for by the landlord as is a fair usage monthly allowance for gas and electricity.
