I have a double room available in my house in Plympton. The house is tidy (usually) and has a garage you can use if required. I'm 40 and have two young children who stay with me for part of the week so I'm not looking for party animals and would prefer to rent to a more mature person - or at least someone chilled out and friendly - and my preference would be for a short-to-medium term let. But at the end of the day, if you seem like a decent person then that'll be the most important thing.
