Clean friendly home with beatiful views.

Set high on a hill we live in a semi-detached home. The area is quiet with a mixture of ages. Parking on street only. We have one full bath and one extra toilet downstairs. The common areas are the bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, and lounge.

Having once been smokers, we dont want anyone who smokes. The room is spacious with a single bed, wardrobe and we will be happy to provide a chair for watching TV. The views from your window are breathtaking. There is a TV with freeview or you can watch BT vision with us in the lounge. We love movies, cooking shows, comedy, Britains Got Talent and many others.

All bills are paid including elec, gas, water, phone, broadband, tv license, and council tax.

We have one cat, Rascal who is very loving and sweet. We also have one granddaughter who visits during the day on occasion.

For an extra 100 pound a month, we will provide toast or cereal for breakfast and an evening meal.

We are looking for a mature adult who can take care of themselves. Along with that we would love someone who is easy going, and has a good sense of humour.
