I have a clean room in a modern, clean and tidy house which is situated in Sidford, close to the beautiful town of Sidmouth; a beautiful Regency town by the sea. The house is in a development built just over 10 years ago and is situated in a quiet aspect. It is in council tax band C. There is a useful Spar shop, four minutes’ walk away. There are four bedrooms in the house, a kitchen, a communal lounge / diner, a downstairs toilet and a family bathroom. My own room has en-suite facilities therefore I have no need to use the main bathroom. There is a back garden with a table and chairs, flowers and a water feature.
You can drive to the outskirts of Exeter in 20 minutes and there you will find a mainline railway station and a bus station. The town of Honiton , 15 minutes from here, also has a mainline train station. You can walk from here into Sidmouth without seeing a single car by walking through the beautiful riverside park called ‘The Byes’. This house is situated at the end of The Byes.
