1 currently have two double rooms to rent in a very spacious newly renovated period house. It is within 10 minutes on a direct bus route into the city centre and 15 minutes to Derriford but is situated in a quiet are of Plymouth.

It's currently just myself living here- female mature student (24) training to become an Occupational Therapist. I'm clean and tidy, and house-proud. I've lived here for about 18 months and it's a lovely quiet area with easy access (10 mins) to the city centre and 5 mins to the a38. There's also a lovely pub just at the end of the road and shops within walking distance.

There are two very large living rooms both with working fireplaces, the back living room has double doors leading to the rear garden

- Very large kitchen with a double rangemaster cooker,
- Downstairs WC and large shower
- Upstairs bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath and separate very large shower and loo.

The first (smaller) available bedroom is a newly decorated double - Furnished. Viewings welcome

The second very large double is also fully furnished

Looking to share with one or two others and will be keeping a bedroom free as a spare bedroom.
