Large Double Room in Spacious Town House

We have a double room to rent in our spacious 3 bedroom house. The room comes with furniture including; Double Bed, Large Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers and built in hanging space.

We are a young professional couple who are looking for someone to share our new home with us. I work away most the week and my fiance is at home on his own.

The house has a large lounge, dining room, large kitchen, utility room, large bathroom with a bath/shower on the mid level.

Upstairs is the double room, our room and we have converted the smaller bedroom into an office where I work if I am home. (Unfortunately this won't be a shared space)

The house also has a large garden which we will be renovating with decked area ready for the summer weather! There is free parking outside but it is on a FCFS basis.

We are looking for a professional who is looking for a 5 or 7 day rent. Ideally this person will be happy for us to have our friends/family round on ocassion. The person we will share our house with will need to be respectful, clean, tidy and be willing to help out with routine housework.

We also like to have a drink and a laugh with our friends!!

We're pretty chilled and just want to find someone with similar interests!

For anyone enquiring as a couple the rent will be 550pcm.
