House share with retired Landlord
The two rooms available have recently been let to both male and female tenants, who were meticulous in keeping the house very clean and tidy.
I spend a great deal of time in Scotland, so hope that the same applies.
All facilities are included. use of phone to be negotiated. Tenants are expected to bring there own food, washing, toiletries.
The house is up for sale so there is a 3 month short term let available, if after three months the house is not sold the let can be renewed
