Beautiful furnished, newly decorated double room

We are a friendly family - two adults and two senior school aged children plus a young Cockapoo called Hendrix, three cats and a goldfish!
We have a large, furnished double bedroom with triple bay window with shutters for rent. It's just been re decorated so is in very good clean order and has lots of space.
The room is on the ground floor and there is a shower room and toilet on the lower ground floor. Parking off road.
1 mile walk into Tavistock and we on a bus route into Plymouth, passing Derriford so suitable for hospital workers. (The centre of Plymouth is a 14 miles drive from us).
Professional non smoking Monday to Friday worker preferred but will discuss weekend stays as necessary. References required.
Evening meals and laundry can be available at extra cost if required.
