House is on the edge of town (5 mins to centre, bus station and shops) and close to the countryside. Free parking available. Easy access to the M5 or Exeter.
Decent sized living room and kitchen. Kitchen opens out to little patio and garden. Gets quite a bit of sun.
About me: I moved to the area from London summer 2013. Doing a part-time Masters at Exeter Uni, finishing this year. I'm pretty chilled out. Clean/tidy, quietish.
You have to like cats, I have 2.
