Newly decorated double room + own private bathroom
We are a friendly, peaceful, hard-working professional household.
Our home is quite and we rarely stay up late due to our busy working life. We are a long term couple, one of us is self employed and works from home and the other is a primary teacher.
We take pride in our modern home and like to keep it in pristine condition. The downstairs is open plan and backs onto a large garden.
We are looking for a quiet, professional male or female and non-smoker who will take care and respect our home.
The accommodation includes a newly decorated double bedroom and a bathroom. Possibility of extra wardrobe space in office room.
Broadband included.
Cupboard/fridge/freezer space also provided.
All bills included, gas/electricity/water. Sorry, but we cannot provide washer/drier.
*Rent to be paid 1 week in advance
*No indoor shoes to be worn in the house
