1 double bedroom in a little house in topsham

Hi there. I have moved into a cute little house in topsham. It has 2 bedrooms, a nice size living room, newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and a little garden. Parking is on the road, and is fine providing you are away during daytime hours in the week, if not it can be a bit of a nightmare.

I have been here a couple of months and I am finding it a little quiet by myself and expensive so I am keen to have a like minded person join me in the house.

I am pretty busy and away quite a bit so you would have some of your own space in the house. Equally I wouldn't want to live with someone that was here all the time so hopefully you will have a full time job and your own interests. Having said that I am always keen to go for a run with someone or go for a pint so that would be lovely, maybe even a surf trip to the coast???

Topsham is a great place to live, close enough to the city to enjoy it, but also far enough away you feel like you are in a village.

The house is through a letting agent and they have agreed I can let the room but there will be an expectation that after one month you go through a reference check which will cost £150.
