A double room available - currently taken (8/9/14)

This is a professional house share as this keeps the included bills fair. All bills included, expected to chip in with things like washing up liquid, loo rolls etc. No smoking, no pets.

Bathroom is downstairs and has an integral shower. Large kitchen to share. Broadband, off street parking and a car space if necessary.

Close to town centre, beaches, train station, coach station and main bus routes.

Laid back household, clean/tidy but not fanatical, Gas central heating. Sky at the moment, but this may change to Freesat+

Note: If a couple the rent for the double would be £120 per week, and both would need to be in employment, with a deposit of £600.

Deposits to be used as final rent payments at end of rental period.

Update: I am currently fundraising for sponsorship to do a trek for Homeless International in Nepal so if you are looking for something short term or for less rent I'd be open to that too - as will put rent to the total I need to raise. I am open to negotiation.
