A single room available now, and a double ready by the 15th April. (rent would be £110 per week for the double room). I am only renting out one of my two spare rooms though.

I am a live in landlord and work full time, so would prefer another professional to share property. Am a meat eater, non smoker, no pets.

Bathroom is downstairs and has an integral shower. Large kitchen to share. Broadband, off street parking and a car space if necessary.

Close to town centre, beaches, train station, coach station and main bus routes.

Laid back household, clean/tidy but not fanatical, I like house to be warm and have gas central heating.
