Room in houseshare - Totnes

Furnished room in shared house available now - sharing with 3 females. Noemi is 35 and from Hungary and staying until Xmas working with Transition Totnes Network. Jo has just finished a horticulture course at Schmacher College and is working as a gardener. She's off to New Zealand next month and will be replaced by Sofia - a 23 year old teaching assistant from Spain. She's here until next June. I'm a bit older but young at heart! I'm a keen gardener and a volunteer driver for a local charity. I have an Indian teacher called Amma - the hugging Mother - and often travel around Europe or India with her when she is on tour. We're vegan/veggie/fish people. No red meat please. We're all into environmental/recycling awareness, with a bit of yoga and meditation thrown in!
We're looking for a female who can have a laugh and generally be easy to get on with. House is clean and cosy, near town centre, train station and gym.
We don't have pets but next door's cat is here a lot!
Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance with 4 weeks rent as deposit. Month's notice required when leaving, thanks.
