I am looking for an easy going, tidy someone to share my home with myself and my 16 year old son, and friendly black Labrador.
Large room with double bed, built in Wardrobe, desk and handbasin in room.
2nd sitting room, virtually private bathroom. Shared kitchen.
The house is in a village about 2 miles from Ottery St Mary. Local shop. Scanty bus service. Easy Access to A30
Ample parking and 1/2 acre grounds.
My house is currently up for sale so short term let preferred.
Rent by negotiation depending on requirements. Monday to Friday preferred.
