Large double furnished room available in large flat in central Westward Ho! I am a friendly professional, very clean and tidy and am looking for someone who is respectful and like minded. I do not have a garden however am just a few minutes walk from the beach. There is space to store surfboard/bikes etc.
The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, sofa, tv/dvd combi and is set up to a freesat box. Have Wifi.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with both shower and bath, a lounge, kitchen and laundry room. Use of the lounge will be limited however bedroom contains a sofa and freesat.

There is no designated parking however there is parking on the surrounding roads.

Rent can be paid either Weekly or Monthly.
