Room to let in beautiful cottage in Whimple - an unspoilt East Devon village on the outskirts of Exeter. I'm looking for a working professional. Short, long or Monday to Friday rental is welcome. For rent is a double bedroom, sharing the kitchen, diner and bath/showeroom with live-in owner. There are trains to Exeter, Honiton and London walking distance from the house. Whimple has 2 good pubs, shop, PO, easy parking outside the house, and much peace and quiet. The house is a beautiful converted victorian stable with all mod cons, including wireless internet. I have one shy cat so looking for someone ok with animals.
