Less than 8 minutes from Tiverton Parkway Rail Station(mainline station). 15-20 minutes from both Exeter and Taunton, 10 minutes from Tiverton, 15 minutes from Wellington. The house is a peaceful house. we enjoy music, watching tv, sports and cooking good food. We are tidy people and we look after our home and garden. You will be able to share our fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and all utensils and cutlery. You are welcome to use the dining room, lounge, conservatory and lovely garden. There is off road parking on our double drive. We have free broadband and all utility bills are included. This a Monday to Friday let-may be possible to negotiate other days/nights depending on your requirement. We are friendly live in landlords and this room is perfect for a working professional who is a non smoker and who is looking for a quiet house to stay in.
