2 doubles in lge 4br house. Relaxed & Easy going

Large room measures approx 4. 0m x 3. 0m and has a built in wardrobe and a free standing wardrobe. Double bed also can be provided.

Smaller room measures approx 2. 7m x 2. 6m and once decorated will have double bed, wardrobe or cupboards etc.

Both can come more or less furnished what ever is required. Available pretty much straight away. (Week or two of notice for the smaller room).

I am a 35 year old professional male rattling around in a 4 br house opposite the fish and chip shop / Co-Op / Bus stop in Bearwood. The house benefits from being lovely and warm, nice and spacious, quiet, in a nice area. Parking on the drive for 3-4 cars easy, and buses stop opposite all day long. There are 2 largeish american style fridge freezers, nice kitchen, loads of cupboard space, (the garage was also converted into a store room with more cupboards) washer/dryer, big telly, TV points in all the rooms, WIFI broadband, conservatory, garden (needs a bit of tlc) with decking and BBQ, garage, loft for storage.
A recent change of circumstances means I have a couple of rooms to let. Ideally I would like to get one male and one female flatmate, (that's not essential but to create a bit of a balance) not a million years older or younger than me, just so we are all on a fairly similar wavelength.
I class myself as pretty laid back and easy going, not a party animal or a party pooper, somewhere in the middle. Looking for equally laid back and respectful housemates. I dont expect the house to be clinically clean and neither do I want to live in a dump.
I am not overly keen on pets if I am honest, could possibly stretch to a cat but that is about my limit I think.
