A quiet ensuite room will be available from August 1st [TBC] The current house mates get on well and enjoy being part of a quiet but friendly group, occasionally cooking together or sharing fitness routines, and would ideally like somebody who'd enjoy being part of this kind of house, without living in each other's pockets!

The house was totally refurbished a few years ago and still feels quite new. It's all ensuite, with fast broadband and all rooms wired to be freeview/freesat ready. Large kitchen/dining/living room with TV [Freeview] and separate laundry room. Each room has an off street parking spot & secure bike storage in the back yard. Wharncliffe Road is a cul-de-sac in a nice part of Boscombe, a few minutes walk from the beach and Chine Gardens, also just off Christchurch Road and transport links.

This house will suit you if you're a friendly, young[ish!] professional single person, probably between 22 and 40, wanting top-spec shared accommodation, considerate, friendly house mates and an excellent landlady! Singles only for these rooms, although it's double sized. Couples and those under 22 will not be considered.

Deposit is £400, posted with DPS, and all bills are included; no letting fees, just deposit and rent!
