Cosy Single room in Warm friendly household.

Hi we have 1 room to suit a female. Great location to live The property is not overlooked by any others and has lots of trees with the Fishermans walk, "a park" that leads down to the beach.(Between Boscombe & Southbourne) (3 or 4 minutes to cliff top and beach). Shops and buses etc are within 2 minutes, train station 10 mins walking also. The property is the Top 50% + of a Large older House and has a lovely bright aspect ! all rooms receiving plenty of natural light. The kitchen, fondly known as the tree house has windows to 50% of the room a great meeting place for a chat or coffee with fellow house mates. The Lounge is very warm & friendly with a small balcony. We have 4 rooms for rent *, a large double with ensuit for a couple, 2 further double rooms for single occupancy 1 with private vanity unit for washing etc, and 1 small single room also. (2 people 1 room £75. 00/person/week). We have a small garden with a sun deck that has a table and chairs etc, plus drive way parking. average age of household is between 22-late 40's with a strong tendency towards "a Fitness Life Style", majority are gym members and cycling enthusiasts! (Non smoking naturally) Currently only 1 single room available *
