We are looking for students/post grads for a large, double room in stunning newly available detached Victorian house. The house is in a perfect location just off Christchurch road, near to Pokesdown station, a minute from the Chiropractor college and only 7 minutes walk to the beach.

We have the following rooms available:

a ground floor double at £85
a first floor ensuite at £105
first floor double at £95
first floor double at £85

The house has four bedrooms as well as a large open plan kitchen/diner and separate lounge. There is a small decked area to the side of the house as well as nice sunny back garden - perfect for barbecues. All mod cons provided, with tv, dvd player, dishwasher and brand new washing machine and fridge/freezer. BT infinity broadband included in the price. The ensuite has a brand new power shower and new bed and mattress.

Water, gas and electricity are on top of the rent.

Although the house has just been newly refurbished and kitted out to a high standard we are only looking for students as we intend to use it as our own base over July and August. With this in mind we are looking for housemates who are keen to take really good care of the house.
