The flat is in the quiet part of Boscombe, very close to the sea and a 5min walk to reliable bus routes and the shops. There is off road parking but the road is also very quiet.
The room is a double, with a large single bed, wardrobe, drawers, armchair, Samsung flat screen TV and DVD player. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bath.
You would be sharing with just me and my two cats. I am socialable, easy-going but also like my own space.
