Television in room (Freesat). Washing machine/tumble drier. WIFI. All bills included. Off road car parking space. Use of garage for storage. No smoking in flat but on balcony is OK. Extremely conscientious and thoughtful male housemate (30). Would prefer female housemate purely for the reason that I have lived with two males previously and want a change plus they were not the cleanest people in the world or the quietest.
