Room Available In Spacious Flat - Boscombe

Hi, my name is Martyn and I am currently living in a 3 bedroom caretakers flat in boscombe. The flat is situated on a schools grounds so is in quite a secure location. It is less than a 10 minute walk to Pokesdown train station and around 5 minute walk to Boscombe town centre with great travel links to Bournemouth/ the New Forest and Southampton.

The flat is large and spacious with an open plan living room / diner with separate kitchen. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, two bedrooms and a study. I have one double spare room available! The rent would be £350 p/m (water is included but other bills are not) and is furnished with my belongings. However the bedroom itself is unfurnished but has an inbuilt wardrobe. I have broadband and would be interested in upgrading to Sky TV (currently have freeview) if the new tenant is interested. There's parking available too.

I'm fairly laid back and I'm really just looking for somebody who is neat and tidy, reliable and has respect for other people's space and belongings.

I am more than happy for you to come and view the property. In summary:

-I will be living at the property as well.

-Due to the flat being located on school grounds you will be required to hold/ obtain a valid DBS/CRB.

-The bedroom is unfurnished! Therefore you will need a bed however there is built in wardrobe space.
