I have a single room to rent in Hengist road, 5 mins walk from Beach, 5 mins walk into Boscombe Spa Village, about a 10/15 min walk into Bournemouth town or to the train station, and approx 10 min drive to Bournemouth international Airport. It's a cosy room fully furnished with single bed with a clean mattress, The room is in a modern clean flat, double glazing/central heating, share of lounge and kitchen, (fridge/washing machine/cooker & microwave all available for use). Large bathroom to share, bath/shower facilities, the bathroom is fully tiled. wifi is available, the price includes all bills, (not phone bill or your food bills). I'm looking for someone who is clean & tidy, someone who is in full time employment, who helps with keeping the place clean and tidy. I will consider 7 day week accommodation, but I would prefer if I could rent out to someone who was interested in a 5 day week only, i. e. Monday to Friday. if room required for 5 days a week the rent will only be £60 per week.

I'm very friendly lady who works full time, I have a cat called Molly, so my new lodger would really have to like animals. :0)x
