Double room (1) is warm and cosy and comes fully furnished, including 1 double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk and bookcase and also has a good sized storage cupboard. It is very clean and in good decorative order. Shared facilities, including access to a spacious and private rear garden.
The entire flat is spacious and in excellent decorative order. There is large garden to the rear and beyond that; a quiet play/park area.
If you wish to see photo's, I can send them via mobile phone, as I haven't got around to transferring them to the laptop. Not very computer literate I'm afraid!! Sorry!

Room and flat need to be seen to appreciate the homeliness it offers.
