House Share, with single room available

Hi, I have a lovely bungerlow, with parking and garden. It has GSH and double glazing. I have a dog and he is very lovely, and a cat, she is very shy :-) so if you do not like animals, then this is NOT the place for you. I work full time, dont have parties!! Go to other people's houses for that :-)) I would like to houseshare with a female (I am also female). Its clean and tidy but homely :-)) I'am a smoker, sorry. The room is a single one. I do have someone living with me now and unfortunately she has to go back home to spain, we have become good friends. If you would like to know more, then please don't hesitate to contact me :-)
