Large Furnished Room in Bournemouth

I have a large furnished room in a modern apartment available for single occupancy in a nice part of Bournemouth.

The room has a double bed, a pair of bedside tables with draws, desk/vanity table, built-in wardrobe and cabling for a TV. Please see the photos. The room has recently been completely refurbished including a new bed. It also has a shower room with toilet etc., across the hall.

My apartment looks out over the sea on the East Cliff of Bournemouth and is only a mile from the town center.

The shared areas consist of the lounge and dining room, kitchen and hall. The apartment is in a secure gated development with private parking.

All utilities and broadband are included.

You will need to be in work, provide references, a deposit, and be able to pay monthly in advance.

About me, I am a divorced 55 year old male (with a girlfriend who does visit occasionally) and I work from home from time to time. Evenings are quiet, I don't entertain often and I like a relaxed atmosphere.

My preference is for a business professional but I have no hard or fast rules about who I would like as a flatmate, I would just hope you to respect the fact that this is my home.

Other than that, we'll make it up as we go along!
