Double room just outside Bournemouth town centre in a two bed apartment. Use of shared kitchen, shared bathroom & an outside veranda (smokers allowed). There is no shared lounge however as this large room has it's own lounge area. Usual facilities, inc broadband and roadside parking. ALL BILLS INCLUDED no hidden costs.

I am self employed and work around the clock, so would suit working professional or a working student looking for a base near College/University. Excellent public transport links including 5 minute walk to Bournemouth town centre to catch buses and trains across Bournemouth/ Poole and Christchurch and even up to London.

There are two price options (see below) dependant on length of stay required.

Flat is a great location, 5 min walk into town, room is really good size and gets the afternoon sun. Gary is laid back ( most of the time!), a cool surfer dude and generally gets on with everyone. He is easy to live with. He enjoys a good chat but also respects your privacy. He is sociable, personable and enjoys a beer or three :) I would live with him again if the opportunity presented itself again.

I have lived with Gary for 6 months. I moved out because my girlfriend got a job in Bournemouth and we decided to live together. Otherwise, I would still live there because the flat is a great location, just 5 minutes walk into town and the room is really big. There is a double bed, couch. And I even had room for my bike!!! Besides, there is always parking outside and it is near to the main roads out of Bournemouth too. Perfect location if you have a car.

About Gary, he is a crazy about surf. He likes talking but at the same time he respects your space. Besides, he keeps the flat tidy and that always makes things easier to live with someone.
