Large double room with private bathroom

We (Richard & Tanya) have a spare large double room in a unique detached house and are looking for a chilled, interesting housemate(s) to share the space with.

The house is situated in one Bournemouth's leafiest avenues and is walking distance from the Golf course/park, local shops and restaurants. It's an easy 20-min bus ride into Bournemouth town centre, and the bus stop is literally around the corner - less than 2 mins away. We're also close to the train station and the Bournemouth airport.

The room (22 sq m) is light and bright thanks to the large bay window, comes with a TV, super-fast fibre broadband (900MB/s), and a lot of storage space. The bathroom is spacious, has two sinks, shower cabin, bathtub, and a quirky cabinet for the toiletries. There will be a shared use of a huge (50sq m), well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a beautiful back garden/BBQ area.

We're looking for a single female or a chilled couple, who have similar interests to ours, are fun to be with and have a positive outlook on life; people who are social but also appreciate the value of privacy and quiet time when needed.

A little bit about us: Richard works from home on his tech/food business and Tanya shares her time between working and studying. We are both well travelled, interested in current affairs and culture, enjoy many outdoor activities (walking, hiking, paddle boarding) as well as yoga/pilates, love spending time with friends, but also enjoy chilling out with a good movie and a glass of wine.

Please note the rent for a double occupancy (couple) is going to be £900 per calendar month to the cover the additional bills etc.

The room is available from 18th January.

Whoops, we forgot to add there is a further smaller housemate. A cute & comical (but mostly aloof) 12-year old cat, Kiki. Very well trained, he loves the underfloor heating in the kitchen and treat cupboard!
