The house has wireless broadbrand.
The property has three off road car parking spaces.
The house is non smoking, but the garden isn't.
All bills are included within the price and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and so on.
The kitchen is shared between all as is the lounge.
There are two bathrooms in the property.
These rooms are for professionals females only.
The current ladies that live in the property are very easy to get on with.

Deposit 250 Pounds plus 1st months payment.
Rent due 1st or 15th of every month by bank transfer.
