Double room near Bournemouth town centre and beach

I am a professional working locally for the NHS and I'm looking to share with another professional. I occasionally have to do work in the evenings but not always, otherwise I like the usual things - staying in watching TV, going out for dinner/cinema, having friends over etc. and socialising on weekends with friends. I do go to visit friends/family about one weekend a month so you'd have the flat to yourself as well at times. Am looking for someone friendly, easy going and fun to live with.

The flat is a 3rd/top floor 2 double bedroom in an apartment building located near to town in Eastcliff and has street/private parking (there is one parking space allocated to the flat, but ample space out on the road also). The room is a good sized double with a double bed provided, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers. The flat is fully electric, fully equipped with appliances and furnished. The room comes with its own bathroom with bath and shower as I have an en suite.
