Single room in student house!

There Is A Single Room Available Immediately In A Student Houseshare Ten Minutes From Uni And Winton High Street. The Room Is Small But That Is Reflected In The Cheapness Of The Rent. In The Photo You Can't See But There Is A Wardrobe In There Aswell. The Rest Of The House Is A Very Good Size, With A Living Room/Conservatory, Kitchen With A Massive Oven And A Huge Garden, Which Has A Pond. The Other Housemates Are 3 Second/third Year Boys. They Are All Very Clean, Friendly And Into Their Music. If You Move In Be Prepared To Make Alot Of Good Friends And Meet Some Hilarious People :)
