Friendly warm home with lovely garden

A friendly easy going house sharer wanted, that doesn't mind to share some housework duties, to keep it reasonable, and I don't mind cooking sometimes for us both, or putting on your laundry. You can store things in the garage, within reasonable bounds. The only thing is, they must be used to dogs, as I have 2 adorable small mid sized dogs that have both good/funny characters.

The house is situated in a lovely quiet area with easy parking, great green walks, and on good bus routes to both Poole and Bournemouth Central. Plus, it's an easy bicycle ride to Bournemouth Uni..

The house is well equipped with a shared kitchen, a superb bathroom with spa bath, shared living room and dining room, plus a conservatory overlooking a peaceful natural garden that is equipped with sitting areas and patio.

Your double bedroom is nicely furnished with TV point and wifi access which overlooks the rear garden.

I'm very easy going and have a good sense of humour. Looking for people that keep it tidy and treat it as their own home. I only require a low deposit as I know how hard it is to get started in a new area.
