Private landlord so no fees-he lives over the road too and is really helpful if anything ever goes wrong (and even puts the bins out for us if we forget!)

Fully furnished House. The furniture in the pictures of the room are mine and I will be taking this with me but the landlord will be replacing them.

Very close to Charminster high street and within walking distance to Winton, the train station and the town centre.

Rent is £250 per month plus bills which usually works out to around £300 each (dependant on time of year). We each pay money into a shared bank account and have set up direct debits for the broadband etc.
